About Cheryl Smith...
I grew up in Scottville, Michigan where I spent the first 15 years of my life. My family relocated to the Palm Bay/Port Malabar area in 1981. My father, Vern Smith was one of the first realtors to specialize in the sale of Port Malabar lots. I worked after school with him everyday and after graduating from Palm Bay High School in 1983 started working with him full time. I obtained my Salesperson license in 1984 and my Brokers license in 1986. In August of 1987, I ventured out on my own and formed Cheryl Smith Realty, Inc. This year I am very proud to celebrate my 20th Anniversary.
Over the years, I have witnessed tremendous growth in our area and my business has grown with it. I'm proud of my accomplishments and I have the experience, knowledge and dedication to serve your real estate needs.
